Introducing Core’s Airdrop Tool: A Free Way to Distribute Tokens and Reward Your Community on Avalanche

Now, any builder can distribute tokenized rewards to their community by quickly leveraging on-chain data.

Core, Avalanche's native ecosystem wallet and portfolio, has integrated a new promotions and airdrop tool developed by Ava Labs. Core's airdrop tool leverages underlying on-chain data sources for seamless token distribution, allowing any builder to strategically reward their loyal community members.

To celebrate and showcase the power of this new tool, Core is rewarding all participants from their Core Memecoin Month, which ran from April 1 to May 6. Participants will receive an evenly distributed reward in the same memecoin they used during the event. For example, if a participant qualified by following instructions during COQ’s memecoin week, the participant will be airdropped COQ coins.

Solving Key Problems with Airdrops

Traditionally, identifying and rewarding true users based on their interactions with contracts has been challenging. As airdrops have become essential to Web3 growth strategies, the need for a cost-free, promotional airdrop tool has grown. Enter Core’s airdrop tool.

How Core's Airdrop Tool Works

Ava Labs indexes on-chain data, enabling Core's airdrop tool to quickly analyze contract-level activity. A key component of this indexing is the daily aggregation of C-Chain token balances. At the close of each day, UTC time, balances of native tokens, ERC20, and ERC721 are collected. Users can leverage this data to pinpoint addresses that meet specific criteria based on token activity. At launch, the tool will support Avalanche C-chain and a subset of ERC20 tokens. More tokens will be added in the future.

Airdrops are distributed through contracts deployed on-chain. Core’s airdrop tool leverages a deployed version of ThirdWeb's audited Airdrop contract and Ava Labs’ internal security team.

Query Builder

Easily locate community members who have interacted with your contract using Core's query builder. Filter based on holding duration, current holdings, minimum holding duration, or customized date ranges. Plus, conduct multiple queries in a single search.

‍Manually Add or Upload Addresses

Have a predefined list of users you want to distribute tokens to? You can also manually add addresses to the tool and fine-tune your airdrop list with custom queries.
