The Avalanche Foundation is pleased to announce that Avalanche Team1 - a global community program dedicated to growing the Avalanche ecosystem through education, events, content, and direct support for builders and newcomers - is now accepting applications for its next cohort of community members.

Since its inception, Team1 has grown to 450+ members across 40+ countries, established six official chapters, hosted 600+ community events, collaborated with 130 universities, and reached 75,000+ Luma subscribers - growing 15% month over month. Six country chapters have launched this year with more on the way throughout 2026.

The Foundation is delighted by the progress we have seen to date. Team1 represents the kind of sustained, community-driven ecosystem development that strengthens Avalanche at every level.

Team1 welcomes applications from individuals across a broad range of backgrounds and disciplines - including founders, developers, event organizers, content creators, designers, and business development professionals. Full-time Web3 experience is not a prerequisite. The program looks for individuals who demonstrate integrity, take initiative, and are committed to supporting others within the ecosystem.
