The Avalanche Foundation strengthens its leadership team with an appointment focused on operational delivery, governance, and ecosystem growth.
The Avalanche Foundation today announced the appointment of Marta Szluinska as Chief Operating Officer.

Marta Szluinska is a COO specialising in execution and governance in technically complex environments. Her career includes the end-to-end operational delivery of Midnight - a privacy-focused blockchain protocol - from inception through mainnet launch and token distribution.
She has worked across start-ups, national innovation centres, and large enterprises spanning intelligent transport, cyber security, and cloud infrastructure. A physicist by training, she brings analytical rigour and structured judgement to high-stakes operating contexts.
