Retro9000 C-Chain Round 2 applications are now open.

Round 2 introduces two new multipliers and an updated rewards structure. Projects that reached Stage 2: MVP of Build Games receive a 10x leaderboard ranking multiplier, while new projects joining the ecosystem receive a 5x multiplier.

If you competed in Round 1, you are already in. All Round 1 projects are automatically entered into Round 2 with no action required.

How It Works

Retro9000 rewards builders based on real on-chain activity. Every transaction on the Avalanche C-Chain burns AVAX, creating a transparent, verifiable measure of genuine usage. 

The more your application is used, the more AVAX it burns, and the higher your project ranks on the public leaderboard.

There are no committees deciding what counts. No subjective criteria. Just on-chain activity driving your position. The community supports its favourite projects simply by using them. Your activity is your vote.

What is New in Round 2

Build Games Multiplier: Projects that reached Stage 2: MVP of Build Games receive a 10x leaderboard ranking multiplier, giving them a boost in the rankings. 

New Project Multiplier: Projects joining the Avalanche C-Chain ecosystem for the first time will receive a 5x leaderboard ranking multiplier, giving new entrants a meaningful boost in the early rankings.
