By participating in the Avalanche Ambassador DAO Program (the “Program”) you (the “Ambassador”) agree to all of the following Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”).  If you do not agree to or understand any of the language in or provisions of this Agreement, then you must not participate in the Program.  It is your responsibility to understand and adhere to all these terms before becoming an Ambassador.

As an Ambassador you are expected to act with integrity and honesty, and comply with relevant laws.  Ambassadors are independent and not an employee of any company and do not receive monetary compensation.  Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or employment relationship, and under no circumstances will any other party be liable for any actions or results of the Ambassador.

Eligibility: Participation in the Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and not a resident of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk People’s Republic, and Luhansk People’s Republic regions of Ukraine.

Ambassador Responsibilities:

Ambassadors agree to portray Avalanche in a positive and professional manner, maintaining the highest ethical standards and to not engage in any activities that may harm the reputation of the Avalanche blockchain and ecosystem.

Ambassadors shall comply with all advertising laws and regulations, including disclosure requirements.
